At DreamKastle Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the highest quality of service and fairness for all clients, please review our policy below:
Booking Deposits ?
All booking deposits are non-refundable.
However, we understand that plans may change. You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Please note: Same-day rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted.
After Services Are Rendered ?
Due to the nature of our treatments, all services are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
